Since I have no life all my friends are still at school, and apparently it's an hour bus ride home and they have homework I wanted to do a tutorial since everyone seems to want to know how to make animated icons now. I use Photoshop cs3, but it should work for other types.
You'll need, a video converter, and free studio manager or free youtube downloader to download the videos, free youtube downloader does the conversions to.

I'm sorry guys, but my friends list is getting a little horrid, and my friends page is even worse cause I'm going through so many posts. I cut people that; I never talk to. Lost common interests. And some of us, we just never clicked.
